To order items from A Different Twist, simply order online.  Credit cards or PayPal are accepted through our secure checkout.  You may also call us with your order toll free at (877)-280-2255 weekdays 9-5 Eastern Time.  If no one is here to take your call, please leave your name, a phone number where you can be reached during the day or evening.  We will get back with you as quickly as possible.  Wholesale orders must be called in.

Due to the market fluctuations of silver, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are based on shipping via USPS priority mail with a delivery confirmation.  If you need a product faster, please call to arrange for overnight shipping. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed.  For wholesale or large orders, please allow 2 weeks.  We will endeavor to ship sooner if possible.

Retail Guarantee
Our awareness jewelry is constructed of quality components and made to strict manufacturing standards.  Within the first 30 days of purchase, we accept returns for replacement only due to manufacturing defects.  This guarantee is not intended to cover normal wear and tear. A service fee of $5/order* is required with each return, for return shipping to you.  Please include a check or money order, your name, address, phone and/or email, and reason for the replacement or exchange.
